British blackberries are bursting with flavour
Blackberries are beautifully plump and full of flavour this month and we love this easy recipe for traditional blackberry crumble from Phil Vickery for This Morning.
The recipe couldn’t be easier. The crumble of real butter, plain flour and castor sugar sits deliciously on top of the blackberries which are given a little sugar, lemon juice and finely grated zest.
