Butter Baking!

Bake Club is an innovation from Lurpak butter that invites people to sign up, form a group (funny name optional) and take turns baking for each other. To ensure fairness, the system randomly chooses whose turn it is to bake each week and sends out emails to let everyone know.
There is something quite nice about knowing your Mondays blues will always be cured by some cake. And there is no better use for butter than in a yummy cake or in some light butter icing for cupcakes.
There is also a Fickr channel where Bake Clubbers exhibit their latest creations. It’s great for a few ideas on what to make next or simply for a bit of a drool when you’re hungry!
