A Tale of Two Spreads

Butter and margarine - A Tale of Two Spreads explains it all.
Much has been written on the topic of both butter and margarine, but we'd rather watch a video.
We all are fairly familiar with how butter is made, but may not be so clued up about margarine.
In essence, margarine is a synthetic edible fat that was developed by a French chemist in the mid-19th Century. Originally margarine was made using buttermilk and was the watery by-product of actual butter manufacture. Today margarine is made from vegetable fat that is processed into a spread.
We could get very technical about how both are made or enter into a debate over which is better, butter or margarine, but we would much rather watch a video. A Tale of Two Spreads explains both butter and margarine much more clearly than we ever could.
