Buttery Lemon Spinach

Jessica's Lemon Butter Spinach is well worth a try!
Sometimes the simplest recipes are the tastiest - as long as they include butter of course.
There’s nothing wrong with a side dish of healthy steamed veg, but sometimes it’s nice to try something a little different.
Blogger Jessica suggests that you try adding a little lemon and butter to your spinach to liven up your nightly veggies – and we think it sounds delicious!
Ingredients
2 bags pre-washed fresh spinach
2 tbsp garlic, minced
5 tbsp butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
1. Rinse the spinach and place the leaves into a microwavable serving dish.
2. Add the butter, garlic and lemon juice. Cover with plastic wrap.
3. Steam in the microwave until the butter is melted and spinach is wilted (about 2 minutes).
4. Remove the plastic wrap and toss to distribute seasoning before serving.
