Eat like the A-List!
Eat well to feel well (and fabulous!)
This month's Company magazine tells readers to 'put down the spread and reach for the butter'.

Within the March health pages where Company readers are offered ‘lifestyle tips to get you feeling (even more) fabulous’, we’re told that we need to eat fat to burn fat…‘Fill up on oily fish, eggs, nuts and meat and take a fatty acid supplement like Omega 3 Fish Oil High Strength.’

  1. spreads are so dangerous for you- jut open a proper pack of natural butter to reap the benefts. Add a good knob of butter to baked beans it makes them soooo creamy and delicious.

  2. No matter what you spread on toast nothing tastes like butter. My Grandchildren always want toast when they stay with us they tell me it tastes great and does not make the toast soggy

  3. I always buy lurpack lighter we have tried other spreads but how they say you can't tell the difference i don't know the are just kidding themselves because we can
