French chef Michel Roux's favourite Welsh pancake recipe for pikelets is celebrated in today's Telegraph.
“These little Welsh pancakes make a sustaining breakfast or tea time treat with jam or marmalade (Michel Roux’s favourite) and good unsalted butter,” says Xanthe Clay.
