Parmesan Dough Balls
We love this recipe for Parmesan Dough Balls with garlic and parsley butter, by Jo Pratt for the Mail Online.
The recipe is really simple and makes 12 balls, perfect for a tasty Italian starter at a dinner party.
All you need is:
1⁄2 quantity of basic pizza dough
100g finely grated parmesan cheese
75g butter
4 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
2tbsp finely chopped parsley
For chilli and coriander dough balls, you can add 1⁄2tsp of dried chilli flakes to the dough (minus the parmesan) and chopped coriander instead of parsley.
