St Paddy’s Day Feast
Kale Colcannon is a deliciously Irish dish
Honour the Patron Saint of Ireland by feasting on some traditional Irish fare this St Patrick's Day.

If you’re feeling gallantly Gaelic, you can really push the boat out by making a full Irish meal.

Get the party started with some fresh oysters served with buttered Irish Soda Bread and a glass of Guinness.

For main course, it just has to be Colcannon, AKA ‘Irish Ice Cream’ – the ultimate mashed potato! The combination of buttery potato and fresh kale is gorgeous alone but it goes really well with boiled ham or red meat. To serve Colcannon in the traditional Irish manner, make a crater in your mound of mash and put a large knob of butter into it to make a buttery lake, which your forkfuls of Colcannon can dive into!

And then the perfect ending has to be Irish Coffee Cheesecake.
