Annie Bell's smoked salmon blinis with saffron butter
If you're entertaining this weekend or want to give yourself or your family a special treat, why not try Annie Bell's smoked salmon blinis with zesty saffron butter.

Annie Bell’s recipe for the Daily Mail is easy to make and will serve up to 8 people.

The warmed cocktail blinis are topped with real butter combined with fresh saffron, lemon zest and lemon juice. Then, grind some black pepper, add a squeeze of lemon, some sliced spring onion and serve!
