We all love buttery mashed potatoes, but have you ever considered whipping them instead?
Don’t worry, you don’t actually require a whip! You simply forgo the traditional masher, boil the potatoes and then put them through a mouli-légumes or a grater.
Rose Prince from The Telegraph recommends this method to create an ideal winter warming dish that is lighter and fluffier than traditional mash.
